We thoroughly enjoyed our break at the hotel. It was well worth paying for The Level as it made the week even more special. Our sea view room was well appointed with a fabulous view and spotlessly clean, thank you to the housekeeping staff. It makes a difference having a coffee machine and kettle too. The breakfast served in the lounge area was delicious and varied. There was a choice whether to eat in or outside. The waiters and managers are very attentive with a good sense of humour. The snacks all day were welcome as were the hot and soft drinks with alcoholic beverages complementing this. We loved the cocktail hour from 17.30 where a huge variety of spirits and tapas were available. A great start to the evening too and to mix with other guests if you wished. We ate in the Casa Nostra which had a small but delicious menu, thank you Emilio for making us so welcome. All in all a really great holiday - thank you to all the fabulous and happy 😃 staff

Friendly helpful staff, even arranged for room with shower to use after day by the pool following check out, hugely appreciated before night flight home! Good location for getting around Tenerife. Comfy beds, excellent aircon and blackout blinds. Plenty of loungers available at main pool. Sea views from hotel.

The staff were so friendly Ramon looked after us around the pool , the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helped to start your day off so well and Melissa and Leila in the entertainment crew were brilliant and made the activities so enjoyable. The executive Level pool area is calm and so comfortable too.

The option of booking The Level , breakfast on the terrace . Activities , classes etc easy to book and varied for all abilities. Food was excellent. Entertainment in the evening was of high standard . The Rituals toiletries supplied are of a high quality and the hotel itself smelled delicious!
